  • How to sign-up at SceneOn.pk?
  • You can sign up at SceneOn.pk by clicking on the “Join Us” button on the top right corner of our home page. You will be required to fill in the details and click on the “Submit” button. You will receive a confirmation mail at the given e-mail address.


  • How to buy a deal?
  • Scroll through your favorite deals on our home page or surf different categories. Click on the deal to read more about it and hit the “Buy this Deal” button to make your Scene On! You will receive a call from SceneOn.pk for order confirmation.


  • How can I bid for a deal?
  • You can go to the bidding category where you can find deals on which you can place your bid. Click on any deal, go through the details and hit the “Place Bid” button to raise the bid price by rupees 10. You can place several bids at a particular time. The one with the highest bid gets the deal when the timer reaches to zero.


  • How to earn points at SceneOn.pk (Referral System)
  • You can share the deals with your friends by clicking on the “Refer this to a Friend” button. When your friend buys the deal through the link you’ve shared with him/her certain points will be added to your account after the voucher or product is delivered to him/her.

    Here are the numbers of points which will be added to your account depending on the deal value

  • Where can I see my earned points?
  • You can go to your account which shows your name on the top right corner of the home page where you can see your points.


  • How can I redeem my points
  • In your account you can enter the number of points you want to redeem and then proceed to buying the deal(s). Your points will be subtracted from your total bill at the time of checkout.


  • How much time will it take to deliver the voucher after the order is placed?
  • This varies for every deal. It will be mentioned separately for every deal on the website.


  • What are the payment methods?
  • We offer cash on delivery service all over Pakistan.


  • What are the delivery timings?
  • Our delivery timings are between 10:00 am to 10:00 pm, 7 days a week!


  • What are your exchange and refund policies?
  • We exchange the products if there is any issue with the size or the item is defected. You will have to send us the product at our office address. If the item is not defected you will have to bear the two way delivery cost.     • For service based deals, no refunds are applicable after the expiry of the redemption period.
    • For product deals, a refund is only applicable if the product is returned unused due to quality or finishing issues.
    • We do not have refund policies until it is a very genuine issue.

  • Are there any hidden or additional charges for product deliveries?
  • We have a free delivery service.

    Products that are limited to particular area/areas will be charged additional delivery charges if the customer wants it to be delivered in any area that is not mentioned in deal details. In this case the customer will be informed about the additional charges at the time of checking out and order confirmation.
